Major renovations are complete! Throughout our home, new flooring has been installed and all rooms have been freshly painted. The laundry room is finished, both bathrooms have been renovated, kitchen cabinets and countertops have been installed and the troublesome trees in our front yard have been removed by the city. We are now shifting our focus to finalizing policies and procedures, hiring and training staff, and completing our pre-opening checklists. We look forward to welcoming our first guests and blessing the home in late April. An open house will be planned for a date later in the spring.
We have received startup donations totaling $205,925 – about 92% toward our goal! As a reminder, 10 percent of all donations are directed to an endowment to provide for future needs and long-term sustainability of The Well.
